Ingredients:
* 1 cup Laura Chenel goat cheese
* 2 tablespoons heavy cream
* 1 tablespoon fresh tarragon leaves, chopped
* pinch of kosher salt
Method:
Combine all ingredients. Cheese should be creamy with a strong tarragon flavor. Can be prepared a day ahead.
